SHOREKI manages the maintenance and the introduction of equipment.
SHOREKI will systematically check, repair, replace parts etc. so that equipment will operate normally, to prevent malfunction in advance.
We conduct quality checks of products at each factory. SHOREKI also focuses on raw material management so as not to affect the final product.
SHOREKI provides the verification tests upon request. SHOREKI also offers training sessions as well as dispatching lecturers to our customers to conduct training.
In 2017, SHOREKI built a new technical center building and started operations in Japan in Oct./2017.
The Technical Center Building was built based on the concept of "Open Laboratory" in order to conduct research and development of next-generation road pavement material / construction, and technical services with higher customer satisfaction.
SHOREKI conducts Quality Control not only for bitumen and PMA but also for asphalt mixture and other secondary asphalt products.
This Hamburg Wheel Tracker is a testing machine that has begun to be adopted all over the world, especially for measuring the Dynamic Stability of PMA mixture.
SHOREKI also introduced it in 2019 and is using it to develop PMA products that accurately match the performance improvement of PMA mixture.
